Introduction
A bit about Stuart Conrad…
The story begins in 1967 when Stuart Conrad was only seven years old. His father purchased him his first shared stock in a restaurant-chain that, at the time, had only about 1,000 locations. In short, Stuart was an early stockholder in McDonald’s, and it’s precisely that moment when Stuart was but a small child that ignited a passion in his bones to pursue and excel in the financial world. His love of numbers derives from their logic-based centrality, and as surprising as it may sound to those who are aware of Stuart’s vibrant and engaging personality, he considers himself to be a fundamentalist in the world of finance and investments.
Why? He believes in the power of traditional concepts to assess companies and understand their underlying value based on their prediction of cost flow. It’s precisely this ability and mentality that has helped solidify Stuart as a stalwart of the financial world. This, coupled with his hyper-competitive attitude has helped him rise to the top of a budding and talented industry. He passed the Chartered Financial Analyst exams (CFA) in the minimum three years time, a testament to his desire to excel in all he puts his hands on. From a young age, he found he could blend his competitive spirit with his love for wisdom by using his knowledge to help people understand the difficult concepts of the financial industry.
